Digital competition Café-dark patterns in antitrust

Dear readers,

Two weeks ago, we spoke about article 22 EUMR and its consequences on future mergers in the digital sector, regarding current EU competition law and the EU regulatory proposal.

This week, let’s discuss dark patterns in antitrust, a practice enabling firms to steer consumers in desired choices. In this regard, the FTC is seeking views on this topic.
